Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy was bursting with spirit across all four of its campuses on Friday, September 28th to celebrate its first-ever homecoming! Although the school will not have alumni to welcome back “home” until the 2020-2021 school year, the high school students were especially excited to partake in the traditional homecoming merriment. All students in grades Pre-K through 11th grade engaged in festive activities.
The Swamp Owl football team brought home the first win of the inaugural season at the homecoming game against Ridgewood Prep. The stands at Muss Bertolino Field were packed with cheering spectators adorned in blue and green. It was an extraordinary finale to a week full of Swamp Owl pride!
