Kenner Discovery celebrates 21 students who achieved the distinction of AP Scholar
Kenner Discovery proudly celebrates the hard work and dedication of our students who have achieved the distinction of “AP Scholar.” The AP Program, a prestigious recognition of high school students who have shown exceptional college-level performance, is a testament to our students' academic rigor and excellence. An AP Scholar title is given to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams. The AP Scholar with Honor title is awarded to students who attain an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams. To achieve the AP Scholar with Distinction award, a student must score a 3 or higher on at least five AP Exams and achieve an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken.
Kenner Discovery High School takes pride in its diverse academic offerings, providing students with a comprehensive education. We are pleased to offer a range of challenging AP and Pre-AP classes, including Pre-AP English, AP English Language and Composition, AP US History, AP United States Government and Politics, AP European History, AP Human Geography, AP Computer Science Principles, and AP Art 2-D & 3-D.
