Valedictorian Najah Nicholas received the Valedictory Award for achieving the highest cumulative grade point average in her program of study. Nicholas received acceptances to 12 universities throughout the country and was offered scholarships totaling $274,000, exclusive of TOPS.  Nicholas, daughter of Eugene Nicholas, Johnny and Danielle Little will attend Xavier University of Louisiana and pursue a degree in Biology/Pre-Med. While at Kenner Discovery, Nicholas served as state president for HOSA - Future Health Professionals, Student Body Vice President, and held membership in the National Honor Society. Nicholas also played Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, and Track & Field for Kenner Discovery. Nicholas was honored as a composite Louisiana High School Athletic Association All State athlete in all four sports, Louisiana Athletic Directors Association Female Academic Nominee, and awarded the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association Section 3 Scholarship.

Salutatorian Sabrina Jalice received the Salutatory Award for achieving the second highest cumulative grade point average in her program of study. Jalice  received acceptances to 10 universities throughout the country and was offered scholarships totaling $256,000, exclusive of TOPS. Jalice, daughter of Milagros Rodriguez and Alain Jalice will attend Loyola University of New Orleans and pursue a degree in Biology/Pre-Med. While at Kenner Discovery, Jalice held memberships in the National Honor Society, HOSA - Future Health Professionals, Student Council, and Cheerleading. Jalice was also elected as Kenner Discovery’s first Homecoming Queen.
